Other Governorates

  • Delivery within 3–5 days

Remote Areas (Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, North & South Sinai)

  • Delivery within 6–8 days

  • Excluding Fridays and official public holidays

Shipping & Returns Policy

  • If your order includes more than one item, please note that the courier can only deliver or return the entire order.
    Partial acceptance or return during delivery is not possible.

  • If you wish to return a specific item after receiving your full order, you can submit a return request for that item later through our return process.

  • If you refuse to accept the order upon delivery, a shipping fee will be charged, even during free shipping promotions.
    The fee amount depends on your location and covers the cost of delivery and return.
